What counts as a grassroots coach?
If you coach at amateur, semi-amateur, community, or youth club level — you're grassroots. This includes Sunday league, school teams, youth academy volunteers, and community coaches.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and pay the pro-rata difference. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
How does the Elite tier work?
Elite tier is by application only. We verify your coaching credentials and professional background before granting Elite status. This protects the quality and exclusivity of the tier.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
Your profile and content remain visible for 30 days. After that, your content goes into draft mode. You keep your account and can reactivate at any time.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — Grassroots annual is £79/year (save £29). Professional annual is £249/year (save £99).
